(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner - Subhash Chand - in case FIR No.166 dated 10.11.2019 registered under Section 420 IPC at Police Station Sadhaura, District Yamuna Nagar. On instructions from Investigating Officer, learned State counsel submits that petitioner - Subhash Chand - has joined the investigation and is no more required for interrogation. In view of above, order dated 10.12.2019 passed by this Court is made absolute.

Disposed of accordingly.
