"The petitioners in the instant petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. are seeking quashing of FIR No.20 dated 16.01.2019 (Annexure P-1) under Sections 148, 149, 323, 324, 427, 452, 506 of the IPC pertaining to Police Station Nissing, District Karnal, along with all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom on the basis of compromise dated 10.11.2023 (Annexure P-2).
