Seeking grant of interim bail the FIR capƟoned above, the peƟƟoner has come up before this Court under SecƟon 483 BNSS, 2023. 2.

PeƟƟoner seeks interim bail to take care of his ailing wife. Although there is no male member in the family to aƩend her but aŌer interacƟng with the counsel, he admits that peƟƟoner's wife is not hospitalized as on date and her health is not criƟcal. 3.

Given above, no ground is made out to grant interim bail to the peƟƟoner.
