(ORAL) Petitioner has preferred this petition for the issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to consider the application dated 12.04.2017 filed by the petitioner for issuance of Stage Carriage permit on a defined route with reference to Stage Carriage Scheme as is applicable in the instant case.

The petitioner has pleaded the circumstances in which he has moved the present application. Precisely for the claim in question, the petitioner has already served a legal notice dated 14.12.2022 upon the Competent Authority and the same has not been decided so far.
