This is a petition under Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for initiation of proceedings against the respondent for non-compliance of the order dated 20.03.2024 passed in CWP-10451-2017. 2.

Learned counsel for the State has pointed out that services of the petitioner have since been regularized and all arrears stand paid. 3.

In view thereof, no further orders are required to be passed in the present contempt petition and the same is disposed off as such. Rule stands discharged. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off. 4.
