(ORAL) The petitioner has preferred this writ petition for the issuance of an appropriate writ, especially in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent No.1 to consider the application dated 03.04.2017 (received on 10.04.2017) submitted by the petitioner before the respondent No.2 for the issuance of his Stage Carriage permit on route No.73 i.e. from Barwala to Bhattu Kalan.

The grievance of the petitioner is that despite the application filed on 03.04.2017, the Competent Authority has not taken any action. Petitioner has also supplemented his claim by way of representation and legal notice dated 14.12.2022.
