**** DEEPAK GUPTA, J. (ORAL) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that trial is yet to begin and that petitioner is in custody for the last about two years. Having regard to the huge recovery of the contraband effected from the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail. However, trial Court shall make every possible effort to expedite the trial by keeping in mind the pending cases before it.
