Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the purpose would be achieved if respondent No.3 - Senior Superintendent of Police, Sangrur, is directed to look into representation dated 10.10.2019 (Annexure P-1) moved by the petitioner.

Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and after perusing the paper-book, but without commenting on merits of the case, instant petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3 - Senior Superintendent of Police, Sangrur, to look into the representation of the petitioner dated 10.10.2019 (Annexure P-1) and decide the same after hearing the petitioner by passing a speaking order.
