(ORAL) Challenge in the present revision petition is to order dated 17.11.2022 passed by learned Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Jalandhar in case No. MNT 125/347/2020 titled as 'Asha Rani vs. Ranjit Singh' whereby the respondent-husband has been directed to pay interim maintenance of Rs.6,000/- p.m. to the petitioner-wife alongwith litigation expenses of Rs.10,000/-.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition. Permitted to do so.
