In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to submit a comprehensive representation to the Additional Chief Secretary, Department of Local Government, Punjab, who shall thereafter take an in principle decision as to whether the media personnel are to be permitted entry to witness the proceedings of the House, within a period of 06 months of submission of such a comprehensive representation.
