(Oral) The present petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C., for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, in case FIR No. 184, dated 10.05.2019, under Sections 323, 328, 34, 354-B, 354D, 452, 506 of IPC and Sections 12, 16 of the POCSO Act, 2012, registered at Police Station Ambala City, Ambala.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that pursuant to order dated 22nd January, 2020, passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined investigation.

Learned State counsel on instructions from L/SI Shanti, states that the petitioner is no longer required for further interrogation. In view of the above, the petition is allowed and interim order dated 22nd January, 2020, is made absolute subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
