(Oral) The present petition under Section 482 CrPC has been preferred by the petitioners seeking directions to respondent Nos.1 to 4 to present the final report/cancellation report in case FIR No.27 dated 18.04.2019 registered under Sections 323, 324, 294, 341, 451 and 34 IPC at Police Station Sadar Kurali, District SAS Nagar.

Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Tilak Raj submits that cancellation report in the case has been presented on 23.11.2023 in compliance to the order dated 21.11.2023, which is pending consideration of learned trial Court. He has also placed on record the copy of the order dated 23.11.2023 passed by Judicial Magistrate First Class, Kharar in this regard. 3.

Faced with this situation, learned counsel for the petitioners has very fairly sought withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to avail appropriate legal remedy in accordance with law.
