(ORAL) Prayer in the present petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in a case bearing FIR No.321 dated 25.06.2022 under Sections 23/29/3(1)/4/5(1)(a) of the Pre-Natal Diagnostic Techniques (Regulation & Prevention of Misuse) Act, 1994 and Sections 420/120-B (Sections 4(1)/5(1) (2)/6 the Pre-Natal Diagnostic Techniques (Regulation & Prevention of Misuse) Act, 1994 added later on), registered at Police Station Pataudi, District Gurugram.

Vide order dated 04.01.2023 while granting interim protection, the petitioner was directed to join investigation. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that pursuant to order dated 04.01.2023, petitioner has joined the investigation and as such his interim bail may be made absolute. The learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Rajesh has affirmed the fact that the petitioner has joined the investigation and his further investigation in the present case is not required.
