(Oral) Learned State counsel files reply on behalf of respondents No.1 to 3, in the shape of short affidavit dated 09.01.2023, of Randhir Singh, HPS, DSP, Shahbad (M), Kurukshetra. Same is taken on record, subject to all just exceptions. Office to tag the same at appropriate place. A copy thereof has been handed over to counsel for the petitioner.

Para No.2 of the reply says as under:- "2.

Thereafter SI Jaswinder Singh met with the petitioner and respondent no.4 to 9. The petitioner has stated that now she is not having any danger of life from any person. The petitioner also gave her statement that if she will need police help in future then she will get the same after given application to the police. The respondents no.4 to 8 also given their statements that they will not harm the petitioner. They also gave their statements to the police in this regard. Copies of statement of petitioner is enclosed herewith as Annexure R-1 and statements of respondent no.4 to 9 are enclosed herewith as Annexure R-2 to R-7 for kind perusal of this Hon'ble Court." CRWP-12229-2022 - 2 - Faced with the stand taken in the said reply, and the statements of respondents No.4 to 9 recorded in the order dated 04.01.2023 of this Court, petitioner is not willing to pursue with the present petition, and thus, seeks withdrawal of the same, at this stage.

Dismissed as withdrawn, at this stage.
