ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN, J. (Oral) The petitioner prays for grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No.63 dated 03.06.2018, registered under Sections 420 and 120-B IPC at Police Station Kiratpur Sahib, District Roopnagar. The operative part of the order dated 13.02.2019, vide which interim anticipatory bail has been granted to the petitioner, is reproduced as under:- "....Counsel for the petitioner submits that only 03 persons have come forward to record their statements that they have paid Rs.6,000/- each to the petitioner and the petitioner is ready to deposit the said amount before the Illaqa Magistrate subject to final outcome of the case. Counsel for the State, on instructions from ASI Mohan Lal, has not disputed the factual position that only 03 persons/victims have come forward for recording their statements that they had paid Rs.6,000/- each to the petitioner.

Counsel for the petitioner has submitted that, in pursuance to the order dated 13.02.2019, the petitioner has appeared before the Investigating Officer and has joined the investigation. Counsel for the State, on instructions from ASI Mohan Lal, has not disputed the aforesaid fact and submits that the petitioner is no more required for further investigation. It is also submitted that the petitioner has deposited the amount of Rs.18,000/- with the Illaqa Magistrate.
In view of the above, this petition is allowed and the interim bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 13.02.2019 is made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
