Learned State counsel submits that in compliance of order dated 18.07.2019 passed in CWP-19407-2019, speaking order has been passed, copy of which has been supplied to learned counsel for the petitioner.

In view of submission of learned State counsel, this petition is disposed of with liberty to petitioner to avail other legal remedy in accordance with law.
