(Oral) The petitioner has preferred this petition for the issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the date of appointment of the petitioner from the date of his juniors/counterparts have been given appointments with all consequential benefits. Both the learned counsel for the parties are ad idem that this writ petition can be disposed of in the light of observations made in the order dated 10.08.2022 passed in CWP No.17719 of 2022 titled Renu Bala and others Vs. State of Haryana and others.
