The present Civil Writ Petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, inter alia, seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus directing respondent No.1 to decide Revision Petition (ROR) No.340 of 2025 (Annexure P-2) within a time-bound frame. 2.

At this stage, Mr. Abhimanyu Antil, learned DAG, Haryana, appears and submits that the aforesaid revision petition filed by the petitioner is already fixed for consideration before the learned Financial Commissioner on 15.10.2025.
