The present petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking a writ in the nature of Mandamus for directing respondent No.2- Superintending Canal Officer, Hissar to decide the statutory appeal filed by the petitioner against the draft scheme dated 25.01.2024 (Annexure P-4).

On advance service of copy of petition, Ms. Upasana Dhawan, AAG, Haryana, appears on behalf of the respondent-State. 3.
