SANDEEP MOUDGIL, J (ORAL) The instant petition has been filed under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023 for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in FIR No.92 dated 02.10.2024 under Sections 25(1)(b), 25(6),25(7),25(8),29 of the Arms Act, 1959 and Section 111 of the BNS, 2023 registered at P.S Lambra, District Jalandhar Rural. This Court vide order dated 31.10.2024, granted the concession of interim bail to the petitioner, subject to his joining the investigation. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in pursuance to the order dated 31.10.2024, the petitioner has joined the investigation. Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Karnail Singh does not controvert the said fact and further submits that further custodial interrogation of the petitioner is not required.

In view of the above, the order dated 31.10.2024 is made absolute. Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of. ( SANDEEP MOUDGIL ) JUDGE 16.01.2025 manoj
