(oral) Learned counsel for the respondents has handed over a copy of order dated 12.09.2023 to the counsel for the petitioner whereby, the claim of the petitioner for refund, has been considered and a detailed order has been passed and a refund of Rs.78,27,155/- along with interest and an amount of Rs. 69, 25, 260/- along with interest for the assessment years 2008-09 and 2009-10 respectively, was ordered to be refunded.

Learned counsel for the respondents states that this amount will refunded within a period of three weeks.
