By way of filing the instant petition, the petitioners have alleged violation of the order dated 14.01.2016 (Annexure P-1) passed by this Court in CWP-24503-2015, whereby, the writ petition filed on behalf of the petitioners was decided in terms of the judgment dated 06.08.2012, passed by the Co-ordinate Bench in CWP-13384-2011, titled as "Garimal Jindal vs. Haryana Vidyut Parsaran Nigam Ltd. and Another". 2.

As per the judgment dated 06.08.2012, passed in "Garima Jindal's case (supra), following direction was issued:- "xxxxxxx Thus, in view of the aforesaid discussion, the writ petition is allowed and the respondents are directed to consider the claim of the petitioner for appointment as Junior Accountant with effect from the date her other batch mates were appointed. However, it is made clear that in case the petitioner's claim is accepted, she will not be entitled to any remuneration from that date and the remuneration

 shall be made from the date when she is offered employment. However, such deemed date shall be reckoned for all service benefits such as seniority etc.

Short reply dated 21.11.2025, filed by way of an affidavit of Mr. Ravinder Singh Tomar, HPS, Commandant, 3rd Battalion, Haryana Armed Police, Hisar, is taken on record.

Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the order dated 14.01.2016 (Annexure P-1) stands complied with as Speaking Order dated 13.11.2025 (Annexure R-1) has been passed by the Commandant, 3rd Battalion, Haryana Armed Police, Hisar, whereby, the seniority of the petitioners has been refixed from the year 2012, whereas, the monetary benefits are granted to them from the year 2016, as per the table mentioned in the last paragraph of the aforesaid order. 4.

It is further contended on behalf of the respondents that the order dated 14.01.2016 (Annexure P-1) stands complied with and even the monetary benefits would be released to the petitioners shortly. 5.

In view of the above facts and circumstances, the present petition stands disposed of as having been rendered infructuous. 6.

However, in case the monetary benefits are not released to the petitioners within a period of 04 weeks from today, the petitioners shall be at liberty to move an application for revival of the present petition and the respondents shall be liable to pay a cost of Rs.50,000/- to each of the petitioners.

Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand disposed of.
