This petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking a writ in the nature of Mandamus for directing respondents No.1 and 2 to incorporate the name of the petitioner in the Municipal Record while checking the ownership. 2.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioners prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to the petitioners to avail their other remedies in accordance with law. 3.

In view of the above, the instant petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
