(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for issuing appropriate directions to respondents No.1 to 3 for taking action as per law against respondents No.4 to 10 in case FIR No.117 dated 04.10.2019, under Sections 323, 354-B, 406, 498-A, 506, 34 IPC, registered at Women Police Station, Sirsa, District Sirsa (Annexure P-1). Learned counsel for the State submits that the present petition has been rendered infructuous as in this case challan was presented on 26.11.2019 and charges were framed under Sections 323, 406, 498-A and 506 IPC. She submits that as per instructions, only accused Gopi Ram (respondent No.4 herein) is undergoing the trial.
