  2.'/ ' (3   4# 56 7Perusal of the file reveals that the petitioner is 62 years old and has no criminal antecedents as also allegations similar to those against Kuldeep Singh have been levelled against him in the FIR who has since been granted interim anticipatory bail vide order dated 10.09.2025 (Annexure P2). No specific role has been assigned. In para 5, it has been stated that he is ready to cooperate during investigation.

Meanwhile, the petitioner is directed to join the investigation on or before 01.10.2025. In the event of his arrest, he shall be released on interim bail to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer, subject to compliance of conditions as enshrined under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.

However, it is clarified that if the petitioner does not join and cooperate with the Investigating Agency as required by the Arresting/Investigating Officer, this interim order shall be deemed to have been vacated.
