By way of present petition filed under Section 482 CrPC, prayer has been made for seeking quashing of DDR No.24 dated 11.09.2017 registered under Sections 307, 323, 427, 511, 148 and 149 of IPC & Sections 25, 27 and 59-A Arms Act, P.S. Sadar Budhlada, District Mansa against FIR NO.80 dated 10.09.2017 registered under Sections 3017, 336, 506 and 34 IPC and under Sections 25/27 of Arms Act, P.S. Sadar Budhlada, District Mansa.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during pendency of the present petition, respondent No.6 has unfortunately expired on 26.02.2023, besides it, one of the injured namely Surjit Kaur could not be impleaded as party on account of bona fide error and thus prays for withdrawal of present petition with liberty to file a fresh one with complete and better particulars.
