This is a civil revision petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India for setting aside impugned order dated 30.08.2024 passed by the Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division), Charkhi Dadri, whereby the application under Order 39 Rules 1 and 2 CPC read with Section 151 and under Order 38 Rule 5 CPC filed by the petitioner has been dismissed.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that vide judgment dated 12.01.2026, the main case itself has been decided and thus, the present petition has been rendered infructuous and be disposed of as such.
