RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Instant petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying for quashing of FIR No.68, dated 09.07.2018, under Section 22 of the NDPS Act and later on added Section 29 of the NDPS Act, registered at Police Station Lohian, District Jalandhar Rural and subsequent proceedings arising out of the said FIR.

Learned counsel for the petitioners prays for withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to the petitioners to avail any other remedy as available to them under the law.

Allowed as prayed for.
