Prayer in the present petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for quashing the FIR No.390 dated 27.08.2020, under Sections 363, 366, 344, 376 IPC and Section 6 of the POCSO Act (Sections 344, 376 IPC and Section 6 of the POCSO Act added later on), registered at Police Station Islamabad, District Amritsar (Annexure P-1).

Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Tarsem Singh, submits that the petitioner has been acquitted vide order dated 16.12.2024 passed by learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, Amritsar. 3.
