The present application seeking actual date of hearing of the main petition, is allowed and the matter is taken up today itself for disposal. CWP-64-2023 Petitioner is seeking issuance of direction to respondent No. 3 to reinstate the registration of the petitioner.

At the very outset, learned State counsel on instructions from Mr. Randhir Singh (ETO Palwal) has informed the Court that the GST registration of the petitioner has been reinstated.

In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed in the present petition.
