This application has been filed for preponing the date of hearing of the main petition as well as for withdrawal of the same, which is fixed for 16.01.2024.

Due to the circumstances mentioned in the application, the same is allowed and main petition is ordered to be taken on board today itself. Main case Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the petitioner does not want to pursue the present petition and he may be permitted to withdraw the same.
