(ORAL) By way of filing the present revision petition the petitionerhusband has laid challenge to the order dated 05.11.2022 whereby the learned Family Court, Fazilka, directed the petitioner to pay interim maintenance @ Rs.15,000/- per month to respondent No. 1-wife and Rs.9000/- per month to respondent No. 2-minor daughter of the parties. Learned counsel for the respondent submits that the main petition filed by the respondents under Section 125 Cr.P.C. is still pending adjudication before the learned Family Court, concerned. On instructions, learned counsel for the respondents submits that petitioner-husband is not paying the amount of maintenance regularly.

Perusal of the order sheets shows that on the last two dates of hearing i.e. 15.09.2023 and 20.11.2023, the petitioner had gone un-represented.

In view of the above, the instant revision petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
