***** RAJAN GUPTA , J. (Oral) Learned State counsel submits that grievance of the petitioners is that their nomination papers were not accepted. According to him, this is sufficient ground for the petitioners to seek remedy under Section 89(c) and (d) of the Punjab State Election Commission Act, 1994. Mr. Nirmaljeet Singh Sidhu, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he may be allowed to withdraw the present petition with liberty to avail the remedy, if maintainable at the stage.
