The present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking quashing of complaint under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 in case COMA 2447/2017 dated 07.03.2017 titled 'Devan Verma Advocate Vs. Jaswinder Singh'.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file fresh with better particulars. 3.
