Tribhuvan Dahiya, J (Oral) The petition has been filed, inter alia, with a grievance that despite appointment to the post of TGT Science, the petitioner has not been allotted the place of posting, nor has any order been passed to that effect. 2.

Learned State counsel, on instructions, contends that the petitioner has been considered ineligible as per report of the Joint Committee of Subject Experts, dated 04.11.2024. A copy of the order to that effect as well as the report has been furnished to learned counsel for the petitioner, who seeks permission to withdraw the petition with liberty to challenge the same. 3.

Permission is granted.
