Sessions Judge, Rupnagar vide which the judgement of conviction and order of sentence dated 20.04.2015 passed by learned JMIC, Anandpur Sahib were upheld. 2.

Despite, the case having been called twice, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner today as well. It appears that neither the petitioner nor his counsel is interested in pursuing the present petition.

3. Under these circumstances, having left with no other option, the present petition stands dismissed for want of prosecution accordingly. 4.

Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall also stands disposed of.
