(Oral) Learned counsel for the appellant wishes to withdraw the present appeal as the matter stands compromised between the parties on 11.10.2019, as per settlement agreement dated 11.10.2019. The settlement agreement dated 11.10.2019 is taken on record as Annexure A-1. Dismissed as withdrawn.

Further it is hereby directed that the amount of Rs.25,000/- deposited by the appellant at the time of filing of appeal in the Registry of this Court be returned to him, so that as per settlement agreement (A-1), the appellant shall disburse this amount to Kasturi Lal.
