(Oral) Prayer in this petition filed under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, is for quashing of FIR No.505 dated 09.09.2023 registered under Sections 506 IPC and 6 and 17 of the POCSO Act, 2012 (Section 17 of POCSO Act stands deleted later on), at Police Station Ambala City, District Ambala and further quashing of all other subsequent proceedings arising out of the said FIR on the basis of compromise dated 20.07.2024 (Annexure P-2), qua the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition.

Dismissed as withdrawn.
