After hearing learned counsel for the parties, the fact that appellant had given a reply to the show cause notice dated 08.08.2022 (Annexure P-8), the respondents could not have rejected the case of the appellant without examining the reply. Thus, the review application is allowed and the order dated 06.11.2023 is being recalled and main case is restored to its original number. LPA-1616-2023 The directions are given to respondents to pass a fresh order after considering the reply to show cause notice dated 08.08.2022 (Annexure P-8) within 2 weeks.
