******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Jang Singh submits that no complaint or enquiry is pending against the petitioner and her arrest is not required in any case. A complaint against the petitioner was made by respondent No. 6-Liliya Nirmal Singh, which has been filed with the observations that dispute is of civil nature and the parties may avail civil remedy.

The petitioner is seeking protection to her life and liberty and that of her family and also direction to respondent No. 2 to take action against respondents No. 3 and 4, who threatened to implicate her in a false case at the behest of private respondents. Admittedly, some proceedings between petitioner and private respondents are pending before the revenue JYOTI 2019.09.03 10:54 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

In view of submission of learned State counsel that complaint filed by respondent No. 6 against petitioner has been filed, this petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach respondent No. 2 as and when she apprehends any threat to her or her family member's life and liberty.

It is also clarified that in the event of arrest of petitioner being required in any complaint made by the private respondents, she will be given 7 days prior notice before her arrest.
