Petitioner has prayed that a direction be issued to the respondents to allow him to join services at Government Primary School, Dutal, Block Samana, District Patiala.

Learned State counsel has apprised the court that an FIR has been registered against the petitioner as he has been posing as Private Secretary to a Member Parliament. The action as per law shall follow. A communication in this regard shall also be sent to the petitioner within two weeks from today.

In view of above, no further direction is necessary. Petition is hereby disposed of.

A copy of this order be handed over to learned State counsel under the signatures of Bench Secretary.
