*** MANOJ BAJAJ, J.(ORAL) This petition has been filed by the petitioners under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of directions to respondents No.2 and 3, who were allegedly harassing the petitioners on the basis of false and frivolous applications.

Learned counsel for the petitioners contends that the petitioners used to work as an employee with M/s MGK Agricultural Holding Developer (India) Limited. According to him, money was received from various persons against the policies which were issued on behalf of the company with the assurance that they will get extra ordinary return. A perusal of the representation allegedly given by the petitioners to the Commissioner of Police, Jalandhar and SHO, Police Station, Shahpur reveals that 10% commission was pocketed by the petitioners and they had also issued policies to different persons in the name of aforesaid company. In view of the above facts, in case the police calls the petitioners in respect of some investigation or other proceedings in case FIR Sheetal Gawri 2019.04.25 12:04 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chandigarh

In view of the above, no ground is made out for invoking the inherent powers under Section 482 Cr.P.C.
