Dated Police Station Sections 13.6.2025 Loharu, District Bhiwani 126, 169 BNS.

Seeking a direction to the police authorities to investigate the DDR captioned above in a fair and impartial manner, the petitioner has come up before this Court by filing the present petition under Section 528 BNSS, 2023. 2.

After arguing for some time, counsel for the petitioner submits that he would be contended and satisfied if he is permitted to file a representation before respondent no.3SSP, Bhiwani, raising her grievances and also prayed for issuance of directions to the concerned officer to decide the said representation in a time bound manner. 3.

Notice served upon the official respondent(s) through State's counsel. The nature of order this Court proposes to pass, no response of the official respondent(s) is required. 4.

Without commenting upon the merits of the case, the present petition is disposed of, having been withdrawn. The petitioner will be at liberty to file a representation before respondent no.3-SSP, Bhiwani within 15 days from today. If any such representation is filed by the petitioner within 15 days from today, respondent no3 shall decide the same either himself/herself or by delegating the same to any officer not below the rank of IPS, by passing a speaking order, within two months, in accordance with law. The order so passed be communicated to the petitioner as well as to his counsel on his email ID as well.
