The petitioners through instant petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India are seeking direction to respondents to allot paddy as per Custom Milling Policy for KMS 2023-24.

Counsel for the petitioners submits that respondents are not allocating paddy to petitioners as per Custom Milling Policy for KMS 2023-24.

Learned State counsel, who on advance notice is present in Court, submits that State, as duty bound, would allot paddy in accordance with the policy and there is no question of violation of policy on the part of State.

In the wake of statement of learned State counsel, the petition stands disposed of.
