Learned State counsel submits that the investigation stands completed and challan presented on 18.09.2025, in view of which, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press the present petition, at this stage, however, submits that the respondent is black mailing him, with regard to which he seeks liberty to submit a representation and prays it be decided in a time bound manner.

Ordered accordingly. In case, any representation is submitted by the petitioner with proper details, the same shall be looked into and decided expeditiously and if any action is required to be taken, the same will be, in accordance with law.
