HARI PAL VERMA , J. (ORAL ) Prayer in the present petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. is for the grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No.118 dated 19.8.2018, under Section 306 IPC, registered at Police Station GRP, Faridabad. This Court vide order dated 13.12.2018, while issuing notice of motion had granted interim bail to the petitioner and directed him

to join investigation with a further direction that if he is sought to be arrested, he shall be released on interim bail. Learned State counsel, on instructions from ESI Om Parkash, has placed on record copy of order dated 5.8.2019, passed by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Faridabad, showing that the challan against the accused has been presented and in this manner, investigation is complete and there is no need for further detention of the accuse- petitioner. Order dated 5.8.2019, passed by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Faridabad, reads as under: - "Challan has been filed today. Accused Tarun present in person in the Court. Bail application on behalf of the accused Tarun moved. Notice given to State. No reply filed. Heard. It was submitted that accused were admitted to anticipatory bail by order dated 13.12.

2018, passed by Hon'ble High Court. As investigation is complete, there is no need for further detention of accused. Incarceration of accused will not be serve any good purpose. Hence, without commenting on the merits of the case, bail application of accused Tarun is allowed subject to furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs.50,000/- with one surety in the like amount. Requisite bonds furnished, accepted and attested. Copy of challan supplied to accused as envisaged under Section 207 Cr.P.C. Now, case is adjourned to 19.8.2019, for scrutiny of challan."

In view of above order, when the petitioner has been

admitted on regular bail, this Court finds that the present petition has been rendered infructuous.

Disposed of as having rendered infructuous.
