**** HARNARESH SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) Through this petition, the petitioners seek issuance of writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus, directing the official respondents to consider the case of the petitioners for regularization of their services along with all the consequential benefits and to decide the legal notices dated 19.08.2022 and 25.09.2022 issued by the petitioners. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are working as part-time Class-IV employees under the capacity of Peon/Sweeper-cum-Chowkidar/Water Carrier and that the petitioners are covered under various instructions/policies dated 30.12.1998, 25.02.1999, 11.11.2003 and 27.02.2004, issued by the Government of Haryana, from time to time. He further submits that the petitioners have sent legal notices dated 19.08.2022 and 25.09.2022 (Annexures P-8 and P-9) and the same are still pending adjudication.
