*** Daya Chaudhary, J. (Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in pursuance of order dated 29.05.2018, the petitioners have joined investigation and the same has been affirmed by learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Hardeep Singh. Learned State counsel further submits that challan has been presented.

In view of the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned State counsel, interim order dated 29.05.2018 passed by this Court in favour of the petitioners is made absolute. Petition is disposed of accordingly.

However, the petitioners are directed to join investigation, if required by the Investigating Officer.
