Apprehending his arrest in FIR No.142 dated 2.8.2025, under Sections 115(2), 126(2), 191(3), 190 and 118(1) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 (Sections 117(2) and 118(2) of BNS added later on), registered at Police Station Navi Baradari, District Jalandhar, the petitioner has preferred this petition under Section 482 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 seeking pre-arrest bail. 2.
