RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Prayer in the present petition is for issuance of directions to respondents for redressal of grievance of the petitioner. It has been contended by counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has filed representations, dated 12.09.2022, Annexure P-5 and P6, but the same have not been decided till date. Notice of motion to official respondents only. On the asking of the Court, Mr. P.S.Grewal, Deputy Advocate General, Punjab, who is present in Court, accepts notice on behalf of the respondent/State.

After hearing the counsel for the parties and perusing the record, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2, i.e. the Senior Superintendent of Police, Hoshiarpur, District Hoshiarpur, to look into the representation, dated 12.09.2022, Annexure P-6, MEENU 2023.01.24 10:58 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this order/judgment
